Grounding Page Project: Mission

The big shift from classic SEO to AI SEO is that it is no longer about optimizing documents for keywords and rankings. It is about curating entities for stable, probable, and correct mentions in AI-generated answers without hallucinations.

The reality is that most organizations have never cleanly defined, documented, and communicated their entities. They have marketing pages, product descriptions, and About pages, but no structured, machine-readable entity definition. Many find this task surprisingly difficult because it requires a discipline they have never practiced: describing what they are in factual, verifiable terms without marketing language.

The Grounding Page Project exists to support this task. It provides the standard, the mental framework, the structural guidance, and the published reference examples. The goal is awareness and enablement, not rigid compliance. • FAQ Section: New recommended element. Grounding Pages answering frequent questions expand retrieval coverage.
• Segment Assignment: Lead sections include explicit segment classification to strengthen entity-category relationships.
• Volatile Fact Hygiene: Frequently changing facts require date stamps and primary source links.
• Content-Only Scope: Version upgrades are limited to content blocks. No URL, routing, or infrastructure changes required.
